Mahindra has launched its first small commercial vehicle (SCV) of the year, the Supro Profit Truck Excel. This vehicle will be available in both diesel and CNG options, with the diesel variant priced at INR 6.61 lakh (ex-showroom) and the CNG variant priced at INR 6.93 lakh (ex-showroom). The Supro Profit Truck Excel offers excellent mileage and a strong load-carrying capacity. The diesel variant can carry cargo weighing up to 900 kilograms, while the CNG variant has a capacity of 750 kilograms. With a full tank, the truck can travel up to 500 kilometers.
The Supro Profit Truck Excel is equipped with a diesel engine and a 20.01 kW positive ignition CNG engine in the CNG variant. The power output of these engines is 55 Nm and 60 Nm, respectively. The truck has a wheelbase of 250 kilograms and comes with a five-speed transmission.
In terms of mileage, the diesel variant of the Supro Profit Truck Excel offers a mileage of 23.6 kilometers per liter of fuel, while the CNG variant provides an average of 24.8 kilometers per kilogram of fuel.
