Mercedes Benz GLS Facelift set to launch in India, takes on BMW X7 and Audi Q7!

Mercedes-Benz is all set to launch its new luxury SUV in India. The Mercedes Benz GLS Facelift will be introduced in the Indian market on 8th January. The car will come with a powerful engine and several new features. It will compete with BMW X7, Audi Q7, Range Rover Velar, and Volvo XC90 in the market.

The new Mercedes Benz GLS Facelift will come with two engine options, including a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder turbo petrol engine and a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder turbo diesel engine. It will also feature a 9-speed automatic gearbox and 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system.

In terms of design, the car will have some cosmetic changes. The SUV’s grille and bumper have been given a new look. It also comes with new design alloy wheels. The rear of the car features a new design bumper with a skid plate. The taillamp comes with a 3 horizontal block pattern and a new shape.

As for the interior, there are no major changes to the dashboard compared to the current model. The seats come in a black and brown combination. Additionally, the new GLS Facelift will offer several features including a low-speed 360-degree camera and the MBUX infotainment system.

The price of the car has not been announced yet, but it is estimated to be available at around 1 crore rupees (ex-showroom).
